Win Work Digital (“we”, “us”) runs this website and the Found First service for plumbing and HVAC businesses in the US. For anything about your information, email hello@winworkdigital.com.
When you ask for a map. Your business name, your website or Google profile link, your trade, your town, your email and, if you give it, your phone number. We also keep the date you sent it and a scrambled, one way version of your internet address so we can stop the same connection flooding the form. We can't turn that back into your address.
When you use the tool on our home page. The town, trade and business name you type stay in your browser. They build your sketch there and aren't sent to us. To find your town, your browser loads our own list of US places, and to draw its streets, your browser loads map tiles from OpenFreeMap, which sees your internet address the way any website does. If you ask us to test your website, we send its address to Google PageSpeed Insights and fetch its homepage and sitemap from our server. We keep the website address and the test results for 7 days so a repeat test is quick, plus a scrambled daily version of your internet address for 24 hours to stop the test being flooded. None of that is linked to you unless you then ask for your map.
When you email us or book a call. Your name, your email and what you tell us. Calls are only recorded if everyone on the call agrees at the start.
When you become a client. Your contact details, the access you grant us to your Google profile and domain, the content and photos you send and your billing records. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see your full card number.
Public business information. To find businesses we might help and to build maps, we collect information businesses publish about themselves: business names, public phone numbers and email addresses, websites, Google Maps results, review counts and ratings. We get it from public sources and from data providers who collect it the same way.
When you visit this website. This site doesn't use analytics cookies, advertising pixels or session recording. Our hosting provider processes your internet address and basic request details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
If you'd rather not hear from us, reply to any email and ask us to stop, or write to hello@winworkdigital.com. We'll stop, and we'll keep a record of your address only so we don't contact you again.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We use a few service providers who handle information for us under their own security and privacy terms:
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Map requests are kept for up to two years, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner. Client records are kept while you're with us and afterward for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Public business information used for outreach is refreshed regularly and removed when it's out of date or when you ask.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it for outreach. Some US states give these rights by law. We honor them for everyone. Email hello@winworkdigital.com and we'll confirm the request is yours before we act on it. We won't treat you differently for asking.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information today, so there's nothing further to switch off on this site.
We keep what we collect to what we need, store it with established providers, use encrypted connections and limit who on our team can see it. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we'll tell you.
This site and our service are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We serve US businesses. Your information may be stored and handled in the United States, the United Kingdom and other countries where we and our providers operate.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll tell clients by email before it applies.
Questions or requests: hello@winworkdigital.com.
