Our standard

We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The same standard applies to every website we build for a client.

What we do

• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip straight to the content.
• Text and controls meet the contrast levels in WCAG 2.2 AA, and nothing relies on color alone to carry meaning.
• Pages use real headings, lists, tables and form labels, so screen readers can make sense of them.
• Motion is kept small, and if your device asks for reduced motion, the animations are switched off.
• The site reflows to fit small screens and zooms to 400% without sideways scrolling.
• We check each page with automated testing on every release and review it by hand.

The map

Our interactive map is visual by nature. Everything it shows is also available as a plain data table under the map, and as a written summary, so no one needs to see the map to get the information in it.

Known limits

The interactive map can be moved with a keyboard, but the details of individual points are easiest to reach through the table. If you find anything else that gets in your way, we want to hear about it.

Tell us about a problem

Email hello@winworkdigital.com with the page and what went wrong. A person will reply, and we'll fix what we can, or get you the information another way in the meantime.
